By using Pro.Miami you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What we are

Pro.Miami is a directory and lead-routing service. We are not a contractor and do not perform, supervise, employ, or guarantee any work. We do not screen, verify, license, certify, bond, or insure contractors. Any contract is between you and the contractor.

2. Verify before you hire

You are responsible for verifying any contractor you contact through the site, including their Florida license on Pro.Miami's license verifier, current insurance, scope, price, and warranty terms.

3. Communications consent

When you submit a job request you authorize matching contractors and Pro.Miami to contact you by phone, text (SMS), and email about the job, including via automated technology. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.

4. Contractor accounts

Subscriptions are monthly, auto-renew, and non-refundable. Cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Plan limits and lead-unlock quotas apply as described at signup. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

No fake or fraudulent leads, no scraping, no spam, no resale of contractor or homeowner data, no impersonation, no security circumvention, no unlawful use.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro.Miami disclaims all warranties (express, implied, statutory) and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any contractor's acts or work. Aggregate liability is capped at the greater of US$100 or fees you paid Pro.Miami in the prior 12 months.

7. Disputes

Florida law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved by individual binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, with class actions and jury trials waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@pro.miami. Any claim must be filed within one year.

8. Other

No agency or partnership. We may update these Terms with notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
