What we collect
Homeowners: name, email, phone, ZIP, neighborhood, job description, IP address, page submitted from. Contractors: business name, contact name, email, phone, license number, microsite content; payment data is collected by Stripe directly. Authentication uses magic-link email tokens and a session cookie.
How we share it
Homeowner job requests are forwarded to matching contractors so they can reach out. Contractors are independent third parties responsible for their own use of the data after receipt. Service providers we use: Cloudflare (hosting, cookieless analytics), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Google (Search Console / Indexing), OpenRouter (SEO copy LLM). We do not sell personal information.
TCPA / SMS
By submitting a job request you consent to phone calls, texts, and emails from Pro.Miami and matching contractors about the job, including via automated technology. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Email privacy@pro.miami to revoke any consent.
Retention
Lead data: up to 24 months, then anonymized. Contractor accounts: while active and 12 months after cancellation. Auth tokens and sessions: short-lived. Server logs: ~30 days. Billing records: as required by law.
Your rights
Florida and other US-state residents (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, TDPSA, OCPA, MCDPA, etc.): you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability, and opt out of sharing. Email privacy@pro.miami and we will respond within 45 days. Children under 18: not directed at, no knowing collection.
