How do leads work on Pro.Miami?

Homeowners submit a job request with their trade, neighborhood, contact info, a description, and optionally photos. Pool-plan contractors get the lead delivered straight to their inbox with full contact info. Standard and Exclusive contractors see leads in their dashboard with contact blurred and unlock the leads they want.

How much does it cost?

Free to list. Paid plans differ only by (a) monthly unlocks and (b) per-lead competition cap: Pool ($49/mo, 5 unlocks, no cap on competition), Standard ($149/mo, 20 unlocks, max 5 other contractors per lead), Exclusive ($399/mo, 100 unlocks, max 3 other contractors per lead). Trades and neighborhoods are unlimited on every plan. No setup fees, no per-lead fees on top of the subscription. Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal.

Do I get a website?

Yes, every plan includes a free business page at yourname.pro.miami with your services, coverage area, contact phone, hours, and a Get-a-Quote form that routes only to you. Pool gets a default theme. Standard and Exclusive unlock theme picker, accent color, hero image, and an 8-photo gallery.

How do I get more leads?

Add every trade and neighborhood you cover — no limits on any plan. Higher plans get more lead opens per month, plus priority placement on category and geo pages.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal. If your subscription lapses your business page goes into a 60-day grace period, then the subdomain is released. Reactivate any time during grace and your account picks up where it left off.

Do you take a cut of jobs I close?

No. Pro.Miami charges contractors a flat monthly subscription. We do not take a percentage of the job, we do not charge a per-lead fee on top, and we do not bill the homeowner anything. The price the homeowner pays you is the price you quote.

How do you keep lead quality high?

IP rate-limiting, an invisible honeypot, validated phone format, a Miami-Dade neighborhood allowlist, and spam pattern filters on the description. We do not sell or recycle leads to other platforms. Photos uploaded by homeowners help you quote without a site visit.

How do my contractor reviews work?
