Nobody gets the homeowner's phone number or email address, so there is nothing to race for. You quote, and you talk in the thread. The homeowner can stop the request at any time and it leaves every dashboard at once.

Open an available request in your dashboard, explain the work and send your price. The homeowner can reply in your private conversation. There is no contact unlock and no need to call or email them directly.

A homeowner who asked four pros for a price should not end up with four stacks of follow-ups, and a request that anyone can bombard is a request people stop making. The dashboard shows whose turn it is on each card, and the moment they reply you can write again.

Yes. Set a daily lead cap in the dashboard and we stop emailing you once you hit it for the day. You can also hide any individual request from your feed. There is no subscription to cancel because there is nothing to pay.

No. We do not take a percentage of the job, we do not charge per lead, and we do not bill the homeowner anything. The price the homeowner pays you is the price you quote.

Every request needs email confirmation. We also use rate limits, a honeypot, supported neighborhoods and spam filters. Photos and a clear description help you assess the work, but you may still need a site visit. We do not buy or recycle leads from other platforms.

Not yet, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Today the dashboard gives you your incoming requests, your quote threads, and a per-job status you set yourself (new, contacted, under contract, done). Review collection is a future release.
