Leads submitted directly through your own business page (yourname.pro.miami) skip the blur and the unlock step on every plan, you get full contact info immediately. We do not email lead alerts; check the dashboard.

Yes. Cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal. If your subscription lapses your business page goes into a 60-day grace period, then the subdomain is released. Reactivate any time during grace and your account picks up where it left off.

No. Pro.Miami charges contractors a flat monthly subscription. We do not take a percentage of the job, we do not charge a per-lead fee on top, and we do not bill the homeowner anything. The price the homeowner pays you is the price you quote.

IP rate-limiting, an invisible honeypot, validated phone format, a Miami-Dade neighborhood allowlist, and spam pattern filters on the description. We do not sell or recycle leads to other platforms. Photos uploaded by homeowners help you quote without a site visit.

Reviews are not on the platform yet. Today the dashboard shows your incoming leads, the per-lead lifecycle status (new, contacted, under contract, done) you set, and your monthly unlock budget. We will add review collection in a future release.
